Flowers in the Desert Warning - PBS stations across the United States have started airing a 2 hour special titled Cirque Du Soleil - Flowers in the Desert. (Check your local PBS stations for airdates & times.) The special claims to feature "routines from six of Cirque du Soleil's Las Vegas shows, including "Mystère," "O," "Kà," "Love," "Criss Angel Believe" and "Viva Elvis" (sources: 1 2 3). Despite numerous PBS stations claiming that the show features Criss Angel BeLIEve, the 2 hour special does NOT feature the show at any time except for extremely brief blink-and-you-miss-it snippets during the opening and closing credits of the TV special. Flowers in the Desert features the above mentioned Cirque du Soleil shows minus Criss Angel BeLIEve. I find this disheartening and unacceptable. Criss Angel BeLIEve should have been featured in the broadcast. If you feel the same, contact your local PBS station and/or Cirque Du Soleil and inquire about Criss Angel BeLIEve's absense in the TV special.

September 2010 - Criss has partnered with Ideavillage to distribute his award winning Mindfreak Magic Kits to retail stores across the United States! According to a press release released in August, the magic kit launch is expected to be "one of the largest non-digital entertainment retail launches ever."

August 16-18, 2010 - On August 16, Criss Angel stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live for an interview and also taped a segment for America's Got Talent, which aired two days later on August 18. The AGT segment featured two BeLIEve performances, the upside-down straight jacket escape performed in less than one minute, and the impressive Metamorphosis. The BeLIEve ushers and Crimson assisted Criss in the demonstrations.

Rumors of the Century title started circulating when Criss made his WWE appearance in March. March 1, 2010 - Ludacris and Criss Collaboration? A leaked track called "Mindfreak" featuring Ludacris and Criss Angel has hit the internet. According to reports, the track was recorded for Ludacris' 2008 album, Theatre of the Mind, but didn't make the final cut. Read more about it and listen to the track here.
